Spencer Graham III is JGPA's Founder, CEO, Co-Owner, and one of our elite Head Coaches. He is a golf professional entrepreneur with 29 years of full-time coaching and golf management experience. He first opened the academy in 2010 in Orlando, FL, but currently resides in Naples, FL where JGPA is headquartered at Quail Creek CC.

Thor Parrish is a PGA Professional Specialized in Teaching and Coaching. He graduated as a student of the Year at FGCU in his Golf Management Program. He then continued his education to receive his M.S. in Sports Performance from CALU. Thor is a 7x PGA award nominee and winner of the Best on Course Fitness professional from PGA magazine.

Kayla Gutierrez, JGPA Assistant Coach, is from Hammonton, New Jersey! She currently attends Florida Gulf Coast University where she is majoring in Professional Golf Management with a minor in Marketing. She also serves on the PGMSA Board where she is the Social Media Chair for the FGCU PGM Program. Her role at JGPA is the Social Media Coordinator where her responsibilities include professionally promoting the academy and running all social media outlets, as well as assisting with junior golf instruction. Kayla started playing golf at the age of 12 and fell in love with the game ever since. Outside of golf, Kayla enjoys photography, going to the beach, traveling, and hanging out with friends.

Nicholas Smith, PGA Professional and JGPA Assistant Director, is from Geneva, New York! He graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a double major in Professional Golf Management and Resort and Hospitality Management! Nick has previous experiences at Kelley Greens Golf and Country Club, Dedham Country Club, Polo Club, Tiburon Golf Club, and Fiddlesticks Country Club! He is now a Class A PGA Professional serving as the Assistant Director of the Academy!
